The practice
There is no junior layer. The principal who takes the call is the one who writes the architecture, names the trade-offs, and stays present through the build. Decisions that have to last are not delegated downward.
We engage with a small number of founders and operators annually. Most enquiries are politely declined; the ones we accept get the hours and judgement they need to come out right the first time.
Counsel — the thinking layer: technical diligence, architecture review, fractional CTO. Atelier — the making layer: bespoke software and AI builds. Both run from the same studio, on the same standards.

The studio
Auralogic Labs is a small private practice engaged globally from India, serving founders and operators worldwide. The studio is run by a single principal, supported by a quiet network of senior collaborators called in only when a brief demands it.
The work is selected, not scaled. We accept a small number of engagements each year because that is the only honest way to do this kind of work — at the level of judgment it requires, with the time it deserves.
