Waymark’s analysis workflow, built into StockTick.

Waymark's client analysis ran through spreadsheets, tied to one founder's availability for every profile.

AURA LOGIC LABS delivered StockTick in Waymark's AWS environment: a private interface over approved financial reports, so analysis begins from shared evidence, not a personal handoff.

Approved reports pass through retrieval. Financial inputs pass through application code. The independent paths meet at one inspectable answer.

The system retrieves evidence and calculates separately

StockTick retrieves from a Qdrant corpus of approximately 2,000 approved reports, ingested daily, and cites the reports behind every answer.

Financial calculations and risk scoring stay in deterministic application code, so no client-facing number is model-generated.

Why these choices mattered

Fine-tuning would not keep reports current, open-web retrieval would go past Waymark's approved set, and model-generated numbers would be hard to repeat.

Why StockTick keeps calculations outside the language model.

What changed for the team

StockTick covers client intake, risk scoring, fund recommendation and family asset tracking from one shared, inspectable interface.

Waymark reports that daily client analysis moved from 2 to 20 within 90 days against the prior spreadsheet baseline.

The AURA LOGIC LABS founder reports a 96% result in an evaluation of StockTick's grounded answer quality.

Production state

StockTick is in production in Waymark's AWS environment, with managed operation confirmed on 21 August 2026.
