Put specialist knowledge to work.
We turn specialist knowledge into systems your team can use, with agreed sources, evaluation criteria and operating responsibilities.
Three practices, in the order they run.
Governed knowledge feeds scoped agents, and production controls keep their work observable.
Knowledge Systems
Help your team find answers in approved company sources.
Decision Agents
Automate repeatable decisions within agreed limits, with a person responsible for the result.
Production Governance
Define who reviews the system, handles incidents and approves changes after launch.
Strategic co-delivery
We agree which delivery responsibilities and decisions we will own within your programme.
Answers people can check.
Waymark Enterprise ran client analysis through spreadsheets and close founder guidance. StockTick moved that work onto approved financial reports. Retrieval finds the evidence and every answer cites the report it came from; the calculations a client acts on run in application code, not the model.
Waymark reports that daily client analyses rose from 2 to 20 within 90 days against its prior spreadsheet workflow.
Technical decisions behind StockTick.
Retrieval or fine-tuning
StockTick chose Qdrant retrieval over an approved corpus of about 2,000 reports with daily ingestion, because the evidence changes every day. Fine-tuning was not a delivered capability of that case.
Model choice and evaluation
The model is chosen against the task, the data boundary and a representative test set, with the evaluation protocol, supervision and escalation path written before launch.
Calculation boundary
Financial calculations run in application code. The model explains the result and cites the source; it does not produce the figure someone will act on.
PII and fallback design
We agree which personal fields may enter a model call, where removal happens, what logs retain and which deterministic fallback applies when the model is unavailable.
Deployment and keys
StockTick runs in the client’s AWS environment. AuraOS runs on AURA-managed infrastructure with per-client isolation and can use client-owned model keys; a custom engagement agrees its own arrangement.
Delivery record
StockTick was delivered 6 to 27 July 2026, live since 21 August. SWS Community went live 1 August 2026. Planets IX ran March to July 2026. Upaz ran January 2022 to December 2025.
Not every request is a fit.
Fit is decided before scope. Product buyers have a separate demo path.
Where we fit
- There is a named executive sponsor and decision owner.
- The consequence is material, and the programme can influence it.
- The people, systems, data and subject experts the work depends on are available at the depth the work needs.
- The scope needs strategy, product, AI, data and operation to work as one.
Where we decline
- The request is a small website, an isolated automation or a generic production task.
- The ask is an unpaid speculative pilot, or a guaranteed outcome before discovery.
- Access, data rights or ownership cannot be established.
- The request is staff augmentation without programme authority.
Start with a paid blueprint.
Define the work
We examine the decision or workflow with the people who use it: where the current process breaks down, which sources it depends on and what a useful result looks like.
Paid blueprint
The blueprint documents your current workflow, proposed architecture, risks and first decision. It can recommend against building.
Working releases
We connect each release to your systems and demonstrate it against representative tasks. We record delivery decisions and the alternatives considered.
Managed operation
When agreed, we operate the system under a service schedule that assigns hosting, monitoring, fallback and incident responsibilities.
