Privacy notice
AURA LOGIC LABS, operated by ANAMDC TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, handles information sent through the enquiry form, email or WhatsApp. Client and product terms differ.

Information you choose to send
The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, area of interest and message. Organisation is optional. We also record the starting page, a submission identifier, a receipt identifier, the time created, a payload hash and any linked follow-up identifier. Email or WhatsApp messages contain whatever you send.
How the enquiry form works
The website runs on Cloudflare Workers. Enquiries are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database so we can receive them, avoid treating a retry as a second submission and link a follow-up to its original request. Same-origin checks, a hidden spam field, input limits and rate limiting protect the form. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. Cloudflare may log requests while serving the website; this notice does not state their contents or retention.
Notifications and access
People responsible for enquiries can access the stored record. A Discord notification carries only the receipt identifier, selected interest and submission time, never your name, email or message. A failed-notification alert carries only the receipt identifier, event and attempt number. Email or WhatsApp messages also pass through that service.
Retention and privacy requests
The enquiry system has no automatic scheduled deletion; privacy requests are handled manually. To ask about information you sent, email hello@auralogiclabs.com with the subject “Privacy request”.
Your questions and requests
Rights and response times depend on the applicable law and the relationship. Client and product terms differ.
Aggregate measurement
The website keeps daily aggregate counts of document requests by page route and coarse country, and of accepted, non-duplicate enquiries by interest and coarse country. The country comes from Cloudflare request metadata; when unavailable the count records “unknown”.
These counters hold no IP address, exact location, session identifier, query string, form text or receipt identifier. They are stored separately from enquiry content and deleted after 90 days by a scheduled cleanup. They count requests and enquiries, not people. The website adds no analytics script and no analytics cookie.
The cookie used by this website
This website uses one status cookie after a successful no-JavaScript enquiry form submission, called enquiry_status, which lets the Contact page show the form was received. The cookie expires after 10 minutes. It contains a received status, its expiry time and a random nonce, never your name, email address, message, receipt identifier or other enquiry content. It is signed, HttpOnly, Secure and SameSite=Lax, so browser scripts cannot read it.
The website adds no analytics or tracking cookie. Cloudflare may create operational logs while serving the website; these are not browser storage.
Email hello@auralogiclabs.com with the subject “Cookie question” for questions about this cookie.
