What walked in.

A Mumbai-based financial firm had grown to the point where the founder was spending a significant part of each week answering the same operational questions — about formulas, about portfolios, about procedures. The questions were real, and the people asking them needed the answers to do their jobs well. The problem was the bottleneck: everything routed through one person, and that person was also running the firm.

What we built

The shape of the system.

We worked with Waymark to build an AI assistant that operates as a virtual manager. It holds the firm's institutional knowledge — formulas, portfolio conventions, operational SOPs — and answers employee queries in natural language, in real time, with the accuracy of a senior team member. Routine questions are handled instantly; the questions that genuinely need the founder are routed there, and only there.
