A client-profiling and financial-management platform for a Mumbai-based financial advisory firm.

The work

We worked with Stocktick to lift the ceiling on how many clients the firm could take on without diluting the quality of advice given to each one.

The situation

What walked in.

A growing financial advisory firm was being throttled by its own client-evaluation process. Every new client required manual risk assessment, manual asset profiling, manual financial wellness evaluation — each of which was labour-intensive and inconsistent between advisors. The firm's ability to onboard new clients was capped by the time it took the existing team to assess the last one.

What we built

The shape of the system.

We worked with Stocktick to build a platform that automates the client-profiling workflow end to end — mobile app for field advisors, web portal for back-office, Zoho CRM integration for lead management, and a set of custom financial calculators tuned to the firm's own methodology. The platform does not replace advisor judgement; it frees advisor time by carrying the work that does not need it.
