Careers

A small studio. Fewer roles.

Auralogic Labs is solo-led. We do not run a junior pipeline. The studio grows by inviting senior collaborators onto specific briefs, not by staffing up an org chart.

How we hire

Quietly, slowly.

When the studio brings someone in, it is for a specific brief and a specific kind of senior judgment. Roles are not posted on job boards. There is no hiring funnel, no take-home test, no panel interview. The conversation begins when someone's work, on its own merits, matches a piece of work in front of us.

The studio is open to résumés from anyone who believes their work qualifies. Write to careers@auralogiclabs.com with a résumé and a short note on the kind of brief you would want to be called for — a link to work you have shipped, a repository, a paper, or anything else that lets the work speak for itself. We read every enquiry. We reply when a match arrives.

Our bar is simple and unapologetic: we hire only when we meet someone whose work is genuinely exceptional and whose judgment matches a brief we are carrying. If that is you, the door is open.

Send a résumé, a link to work that speaks for itself, and a short note on the kind of brief you would want to be called for. We hire rarely, only when we find someone genuinely exceptional whose judgment matches work in front of us — and when we do, it begins with an enquiry like yours.

Express interest

Write to the studio about the work you would want to be part of.

Every enquiry receives a personal reply, written by the principal, within two working days.
