Use of the site
This site is published by ANAMDC Technologies Private Limited (Auralogic Labs). The content is provided for general information; it is not an offer of services and does not create an advisory relationship.
You may read, link to, and quote brief excerpts of any essay or case page with attribution to Auralogic Labs and a link back to the source page. Reproduction at length, repackaging, or use as training data for an AI system requires written permission.
Engagement letters
Every paid engagement is governed by a written engagement letter signed by both parties before work begins. The engagement letter, not this site, is the contract. Where the two conflict, the engagement letter prevails.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the studio's aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with any engagement is limited to the fees paid in respect of that engagement. The studio is not liable for indirect, consequential, or speculative loss.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from this site or any engagement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of West Bengal, India, unless otherwise agreed in writing in the engagement letter.
