How the studio handles correspondence, analytics, and the data attached to your enquiry.
What we collect
We collect only what is necessary to reply to enquiries and operate the studio. The site itself does not set first-party tracking cookies. When you write to a studio mailbox, we hold your message and your contact details for as long as our correspondence is open and for two years after it closes.
We do not buy contact lists. We do not sell or rent any data we hold about correspondents.
Analytics
We use a single privacy-respecting analytics signal — anonymised, aggregated, no individual user profile, no cross-site tracking. The signal is used to understand which essays and case pages are read; it is never used to identify or contact a reader.
Confidentiality
Engagement work is confidential by default. The case pages on this site are published only with explicit written consent from the client; engagements published "under seal" are acknowledged in outline only, with all detail held between the studio and the client.
Your rights
You may at any time request a copy of any personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, or request deletion. Write to hello@auralogiclabs.com and we will reply within ten working days.
