We worked with Barbera to replace a growing tangle of phone calls, WhatsApp threads, and paper bookings with a system that matched the way the salon actually runs.
The situation
What walked in.
Barbera, a Jaipur-based salon startup, was running appointments by phone, by WhatsApp, and by a paper book at the front desk. Growth was showing up as chaos: double-bookings, no-shows, customers confused about which stylist was free when, staff confused about which customer was arriving next. The gap between where the business wanted to be and where its operations could support it was widening.
What we built
The shape of the system.
We worked with Barbera to build a booking platform that matches the way the salon actually runs: a customer-facing mobile app for booking stylists, selecting packages, and scheduling for events like weddings; a staff-facing dashboard for managing the day, the week, and the stylist rota; and a lightweight analytics layer so ownership can see where the business is actually performing well and where it is not.
