The work
Aurakosha is the studio's first product engagement: a managed platform that gives any serious community a Spotify-grade audio and video experience on its own brand, without asking the community to run an engineering team to get it.
The situation
What walked in.
Communities with real content libraries — teachers, lineages, practices, creators with a following — keep hitting the same wall. Generic podcast hosts fragment the experience across apps the community does not control. Custom builds are expensive, slow, and fragile to operate. What these communities need is a single, branded surface their members actually open every day, and an operator console their own team can run without calling engineers.
What we built
The shape of the system.
Aurakosha is a single managed platform across every surface. One codebase, one admin panel, and four end-user surfaces: a fully branded community website with member area; native-quality iOS and Android apps with Play Store and App Store listings and compliance managed by Auralogic; and an operator admin panel driving all four surfaces from one place. Members get curated audio, video, image, and blog libraries; community posts with timestamped comments on content; offline downloads of anything they have saved; and in-app support with push notifications. Operators get a full CMS for all content categories and metadata, user and role management, an analytics dashboard for engagement, content, and retention, and a real-time ticket dashboard with status and history. Live streaming and YouTube sync are on the roadmap.
